Thanks Juan Luis. Actually wasn't that hard, considering the amount that I made.
Ordered the 麹 online and got the recipe from a friend. I was going to make another batch this year, but it will be hard enough just to use all that I made this year.
Next time I'll vary the recipe a bit. I love to experiment.
BTW, I haven't forgotten about your website. Actually, I did forget, but remembered this weekend. I'll work on it tonight and hopefully send my suggestions by tomorrow.
