I couple of years ago I (attempted to) wow Misa with my technical knowledge, and justify all the time I spent on my computer and ignoring her. She had spent about 10 minutes on hold trying to get to a human being at an airline company and couldn't get through. I had (thankfully) just read an article somewhere about a site that gave information about how to bypass the automated runaround, did a quick search, and was rewarded with the secret word 'agent'. We immediately got through.

But there's now a lot of water under the bridge and I can't for the life of me remember where I saw that bit of information. Sure, I could probably find it again with some well-chosen search terms, but thanks to 43Folders, I don't have to. The place to go is GetHuman.

Ivan Ramen II

I wrote a while back about Pam's friend's ramen place. It seems that the New York Times Wall Street Journal had a piece about it. I've now made two aborted attempts to go there, once I got there not realizing that they're not open for lunch and the second time was their day off. Now it's a mission.
