Not just for fish anymore

A while back I bought a yanagi bocho, a sashimi knife. I had wanted one for a long time as it's a bit cheaper to buy blocks of fish than the pre-cut, prepackaged stuff. I was bringing it to Misa's last Saturday and it (evidently) had poked though the bottom of my backpack. When I slid my backpack down my leg, I was sliding that very sharp knife point as well.

The result?

Five stitches.

Americans don't read

According to some poll, 1 in 4 Americans read no books last year. Maybe if more of them spent two hours a day on trains they would.
